About approval of the Regulations on establishment of the facts of offenses in the field of external public audit

For the purpose of proper implementation of activities for establishment of the offenses provided by Art. 319-2 and Art. 349 (5) the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses approved by the Law No. 218-XVI of 24:10. 2008, based on the Art. 7, of Art. 14 (1) d), Art. 15 (2) and (4), Art. 26 (2) е) the Law on Audit Chamber No. 261-XVI of 5.12.2008 the Audit Chamber decides:

1. Approve:

Regulations on establishment of the facts of offenses in the field of external public audit, according to appendix No. 1;

The form of the protocol on offense, according to appendix No. 2.

2. The face responsible for maintaining the Register of protocols on offense within legal management, is appointed by the administrative act.

3. To head department of methodology, planning and the analysis to bring this resolution to the attention of personnel of Audit Chamber.

4. To publish this resolution and the form of the protocol on offense in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

5. Declare invalid the Resolution of Audit Chamber No. 51 of 17.11.2014 "About approval of the form of the Protocol on ascertaining of offense".
