Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, and for the purpose of ensuring worthy carrying out in 2017 in the city of Baku of the IV Plays of Islamic solidarity I decide:

1. Create Organizing committee for carrying out in May, 2017 in the city of Baku of the IV Plays of Islamic solidarity in the following structure:
