1. Bring in the forms of procedural documents on cases on customs offense approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 31, 2012 No. 652, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 20, 2012 for No. 1015/21327, the following changes:

in forms of the protocol on customs offense; appendices to the protocol on customs offense; protocol of poll; protocol on temporary withdrawal of goods, vehicles and documents; appendices to the protocol on temporary withdrawal of goods, vehicles and documents; the protocol about customs inspections; the protocol on presentation of goods, vehicles and documents for identification; resolutions on purpose of examination; resolutions on sampling it is also model; the protocol on receipt of tests and samples for conducting examination; appendices to the protocol on receipt of tests and samples for conducting examination; resolutions on the case of customs offense:

shall be replaced with words the words "State Customs Service of Ukraine" "The public fiscal service of Ukraine";
