About modification of the "Rules of the National mechanism of the direction in connection with the victims of human trafficking" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 11, 2009 No. 123
For the purpose of ensuring execution of subitem 13.1.5 of the Actions plan connected with implementation "The national plan of activities for fight against human trafficking in the Azerbaijan Republic for 2014-2018" approved by the Order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 24, 2014 No. 667, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
Make the following changes to the "Rules of the National mechanism of the direction in connection with the victims of human trafficking" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 11, 2009 No. 123 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2009, No. 8, Article 676):
1. in Item 6.1 of the word "The national Plan of activities for fight against human trafficking (2009-2013)" shall be replaced with words the "existing" national Actions plan on fight against human trafficking in the Azerbaijan Republic".
2. give Item 6.8 in the following edition:
"6.8. The non-governmental organizations operating in the field of prevention of human trafficking are attracted to the organization of activities of special facility for the victims, to rendering legal assistance to the victims and their social resettlement.".
