Make the following changes to the "Form and the Procedure for the conclusion of the agreement of medical insurance" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 6, 2001 No. 58 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, No. 3, Article 213; 2008, No. 2, Article 108, No. 6, Article 581):

1. add with the second offer of the following content the first paragraph of part 5:

"The organization of medical insurance cannot refuse to the insurer who addressed for insurance of the corresponding risks on compulsory medical insurance and having insurance interest in the conclusion of the agreement of compulsory medical insurance.".
