About modification of document forms of administrative detention

According to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Bring in the forms of the Decision on administrative detention and the Protocol of administrative detention approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 28, 2012 No. 608, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 7, 2012 at No. 917/21229, the following changes:

shall be replaced with words the words "State Customs Service of Ukraine" "The public fiscal service of Ukraine";

words "customs authority" in all cases shall be replaced with words "body of the income and charges" in the corresponding cases.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Romaniuk Yu. P.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. (Nasirov R. M.) to provide to the public fiscal service of Ukraine placement of this order on the official web portal of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Makeev A. L. and Chairman of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine Nasirov R. M.
