About modification of article 40 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" relatively about wages determination for calculation of pension

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. The paragraph one of part one of article 40 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. No. 49-51, of Art. 376 with subsequent changes) to state in the following edition:

"1. For calculation of pension the salary (income) for the entire period of insurance years of service since July 1, 2000 is considered. At the request of the pensioner and on condition of confirmation of the certificate of the salary source documents or if the insurance years of service since July 1, 2000 constitute less than 60 months, for calculation of pension also consider the salary (income) for any 60 calendar months of insurance years of service in a row till June 30, 2000 irrespective of breaks".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. Provisions of this Law extend to persons to whom pensions are granted (are listed) during the period from January 1, 2016 to day of entry into force of this Law.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
