Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2007, No. 5, the Art. 463) the following changes:

b) in paragraphs the second - the fifth, seventh - the tenth shall be replaced with words the words "subject of entrepreneurship" in different case and numerical forms "the subject of check" in the corresponding cases and numbers;

In paragraph nine of Article 3 of the word "only laws" shall be replaced with words 3) "the laws, the orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";

4) in Article 4:

a) in paragraphs the second and fifth shall be replaced with words the words "subjects of entrepreneurship" in different case forms "subjects of check" in the corresponding cases;
