About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About fight against organized crime"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2013 "About fight against organized crime" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 12, Art. 882; 2014, No. 11, Art. 650) following changes and amendments:

1. The Law preamble after words of "legal entities" to add with words "property, safety".

2. The fourth Article 1 after words of "foreign currency" to add the paragraph with words ", and also securities".

3. In Article 3:

- the paragraph one after words of "legal entities" to add with words "property, safety";

- in paragraph four to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";";

- add with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"-establishing international cooperation with the purpose of the prevention, identification and control of offenses of transnational nature.".

4. Add Article 6 with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"-counteractions of illegal armed groups to the organization;".

5. To state paragraphs of the sixth and seventh part 2 of Article 9 in the following edition:

"-address according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, to the licensing, allowing bodies or to court about cancellation of action of licenses, allowing documents for implementation of the corresponding types of activity;
