About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About taxes"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 28, 1998

Article 1. "About taxes" to state article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia in the following edition:

"Article 10. Taxes are paid in Armenian drams, according to the procedure, provided by the tax legislation.".

Article 2. In article 23 of the Law:

a) state part one in the following edition:

"in case of delay of payment of tax of fixed term for each day of delay the penalty fee in the amount of amount percent 0,2 of not paid tax is collected in time from the taxpayer (in the cases established by the tax legislation – from the tax agent).";

b) the second to exclude part.

Article 3. This law becomes effective from the moment of the publication.
