declare the following:

1. Presidents of Kazakhstan and Moldova confirm the invariable commitment to consecutive building-up of the interstate interaction which is equitable to radical interests of the people of both countries.

For this purpose the Parties will actively use top-level contacts, meetings of heads of governments, consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and other structures of the executive authority, and also communication between parliaments and regions of two states.

2. Stating availability of considerable potential of bilateral cooperation and attaching importance to its further development, Presidents charge to the Governments of both states to provide accomplishment of the decisions of the Kazakhstan-Moldavian Intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation made on September 15, 2003 to prepare offers on further deepening of mutually beneficial cooperation in different industries, to enhancement of the contractual legal base of bilateral interaction.

In this regard, Heads of states focus attention on the solution of the following main objectives:

- creation by the states of optimum conditions for mutually beneficial cooperation of business entities;

- activation of work on creation of joint businesses in different industries of economy;

- strengthening of mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of agricultural industry, food and processing industry, transport and other industries;
