About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About taxes"

Article 1. In Appendix Item 2 2 Laws of the Republic of Armenia "About taxes" of April 14, 1997, ZR-107 (further - the Law), words" (except for requirements of form of the hand-written signature and sealing)" shall be replaced with words "except for requirements of form of the hand-written signature", and also to exclude the words "and in case of obligation of statement of seal-certified by seal".
Article 2. In Appendix 3 Laws:
1) the offer second of Item 6 to state in the following edition: "The leaf is signed by the taxpayer and attached to the submitted reports.";
To exclude 2) from the subitem 4 of Item 7 of the word "and (or) seal".
Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
