confirming the intentions in strengthening of the relations between two contracting parties and wishing to develop traditionally friendly bonds between the people of these countries, being confident that creation of close interrelations and cooperation in the field of youth and sport promotes strengthening of the brotherly relations among the younger generation and serves strengthening of mutual understanding between them,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will promote strengthening and development of youth bonds and creating favorable conditions for cooperation between the youth organizations of both countries.

Article 2

The parties will help cooperation between the sports organizations and their participations in the sporting events held in both countries.

Article 3

The parties will promote development of bonds and cooperation in the field of youth and sport between them, generally by means of:

a) creation of conditions for cooperation, bonds and interchange between organizations and the organizations, and also the non-governmental organizations and certain physical persons showing activities in the field of youth and sport;

b) studying of conditions and opportunities of other Party for holding joint youth and sporting events and rendering assistance in it;

c) creation of conditions for cooperation and interchange on preparation of techniques of training and other materials, joint programs in the field of youth and sport and to their implementation;

d) assignment and accessories to holding joint actions.

Article 4

The parties will help and create conditions for development of direct connections between the research organizations or the centers dealing with problems of youth and sport including interchange on the questions interesting them.
