Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 15, 1997 "About public health care" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1997, No. 9, Art. 115; 2003, No. 4, Art. 149; 2004, No. 2, Art. 45; 2005, No. 12, Art. 651; 2009, No. 5, Art. 339; 2013, No. 7, Art. 537, No. 12, Art. 901) following changes and amendments:

The citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship marrying free of charge undergo obligatory physical examination in public institutions of health care system at the place of residence or permanent residence. Rules of carrying out obligatory physical examination of persons marrying affirm the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.".

Article 2. Enact this Law since July 1, 2016.
