About entering of amendment into the Law of Turkmenistan "About enforcement proceeding and the status of legal executives"

I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About enforcement proceeding and the status of legal executives", accepted on November 8, 2014 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2014, No. 4, Art. 136; 2015, No. 3, Art. 103), following amendment:

after Article 60 to add with article of the following content:

"Article 60-1. Termination of enforcement proceeding

The enforcement proceeding is considered ended in cases:

1) the terminations of enforcement proceeding on the bases provided by part one of article 59 of this Law;

2) returns of the executive document on the bases provided by Items 1-4 of part one of article 60 of this Law;

3) returns of the executive document without execution upon the demand of court or other body which issued the document.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
