About introduction of amendments to the Air code of Turkmenistan

The payment for aeronautical servicing and information support of aircrafts in airspace and at the airports of Turkmenistan is levied according to the procedure, the established Rules of application of charges for aeronautical servicing in airspace and rendering services at the airports of Turkmenistan approved by authorized body in the field of civil aviation.".

3. State Article 97 in the following edition:

"Article 97. Rates for airborne transportations and charges for the services connected with transportation

1. Rates for airborne transportations of passengers, baggage, loads and mails which are carried out on the international lines and charges for the services connected with transportation, and also rules of application of rates and collection of charges are established by carriers of Turkmenistan of non-state pattern of ownership independently.

2. The rates and charges specified in part one of this Article, and equally in the rule of transportations, sale of tickets of execution of air carriage documents for carriers of Turkmenistan with the state pattern of ownership are established by authorized body in the field of civil aviation. At the same time rules of application of rates and collection of charges are established by these carriers independently.
