1. The second offer of the first paragraph of part four of Article 14 to state in the following edition:
"In case of inclusion of object of privatization and privatization in the specified list until its privatization or privatization change of form of business, reorganization (merge, accession, separation, allocation, transformation), and also suspension, the termination of activities and liquidation of this object are not allowed.".
2. The seventh Article 16 to state part in the following edition:
"7. The state-owned property used under lease can be realized to his lessee if the lease term constitutes at least five years.".
II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
