About introduction of amendments to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal regime in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine" concerning ensuring the right to education

I. Bring in article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal regime in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 26, the Art. 892, No. 27, the Art. 905, No. 39, Art. 2011; 2015, No. 1, Art. 1) following changes:

1. In the name to replace the word of "citizens" with the word "person".

2. The twelfth to state part in the following edition:

"12. Citizens of Ukraine who live in temporarily occupied territory have the right or prolongation of receipt of certain educational level in the territory of other regions of Ukraine at the expense of means of the government budget with provision of places in hostels for the period of training.

Foreigners and stateless persons which constantly live in Ukraine persons to whom the status of the refugee in Ukraine is provided, persons who need additional or temporary protection, and persons to whom the status of the foreign Ukrainian which are in Ukraine on legal causes is provided and live in temporarily occupied territory, have the right or prolongation of receipt of certain educational level in the territory of other regions of Ukraine according to the procedure, determined by the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education".

Persons specified in paragraphs one and the second this Item have the right to preschool, out-of-school, general secondary, professional and higher education on any form of education determined by the legislation.
