About modification of Article 15-1 - the Law of Ukraine "About cinematography"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Part the second article 15-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About cinematography" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 22, Art. 114; 2015, 18, 131) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:
"Provided by part one of this Article will lock distribution and demonstrations of the movies containing promoting or promotion of bodies of the state aggressor and their separate actions extends to distribution and demonstration of any movies, irrespective of country of source, made after August 1, 1991. Will lock broadcasts of the movies made by physical persons and legal entities of the state aggressor, which are not containing promoting or promotion of bodies of the state aggressor and their separate actions, extends to the movies made and/or for the first time promulgated (shown) after January 1, 2014".
