ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About approval of the Regulations on the Red List of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of strengthening of measures for preserving the rare, disappearing or being under the threat of disappearance animal species, plants and mushrooms in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About environmental protection", "About fauna", "About protection and use of flora" and "About hunting and hunting economy", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on the Red List of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. To the state agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the measures following from this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of agro-industrial complex and ecology of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
