About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 25, of 30, of 44, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and Sections II and III of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", for the purpose of expansion of opportunities of the international financial institutions having the right to open current accounts in the territory of Ukraine according to international treaties of Ukraine (further - IFI) on financing of domestic enterprises and assistance to attraction of additional borrowing facilities by domestic enterprises, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 56 Laws of Ukraine:

1. In paragraph nine of Item 16.4 of Chapter 16 of the Instruction on procedure for opening, use and closing of accounts in national and foreign currencies, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 12, 2003 No. 492, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 17, 2003 on No. 1172/8493 (with changes) shall be replaced with words the word "investment" "flowing (including investment)".

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 05.02.2019 No. 31.
