Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About non-tax payments" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1994, No. 5, the Art. 157) the following change:
add Article 19-2 with part 4 following of content:
"If the licensed area or its part is not included into borders of the ayylny aimag, city, payments for deduction of the license for mineral right of this area go to the republican budget.".
