About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About quarantine of plants"

3. In Article 6:

4, 5 and 6 to exclude Items;

add with new Item of the following content:

"4) implementation of other powers according to this Law and other regulatory legal acts of Turkmenistan in the field of quarantine of plants.".

4. After Article 6 to add with article 6-1 of the following content:

"Article 6-1. Competence of the Ministry of agricultural and water economy of Turkmenistan

Enters competence of the Ministry of agricultural and water economy of Turkmenistan in quarantine of plants:

1) realization of state policy in the field of quarantine of plants and phytosanitary control;

2) approval of Rules on external quarantine of plants in Turkmenistan and the List of quarantine objects;

3) approval of the Regulations on symbolics of authorized state body on quarantine of plants and special clothes of their workers in coordination with the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan;
