About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About funded pensions"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on June 20, 2013
Article 1. Part 1 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About funded pensions" of December 22, 2010 to add with ZR-224-N with Items 36 and 37 of the following content:
"36) the foreigner – in sense of this Law, the foreign citizen having the right to residence (residence permit) in the Republic of Armenia;
37) person which does not have nationality – in fact this Law, the person which does not have nationality having the right to residence (residence permit) in the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
