About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About funded pensions"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About funded pensions" of December 22, 2010, ZR-244-N (further - the Law):

The words "and in lists of appendix 2" of Items 2 and 7 shall be replaced with words 1) "in the list";

To add 2) with Items 38 and 39 of the following content:

"38) the obligation of accumulative fee – the amount of the accumulative fee established by this Law which is subject to transfer by the participant (the tax agent having the obligation on calculation and transfer for it accumulative fees), and the penalty added on it on the interim account;

39) overpayment – enlisted by the participant (the tax agent having the obligation on calculation and transfer for it accumulative fees) to the interim account, the amount estimated in accordance with the established procedure exceeding the amount of the obligation of accumulative fee.".

Article 2. In article 7 of the Law:
