About modification of the Pensions act of the national social insurance No. 156-XIV of October 14, 1998

In the Pensions act of the national social insurance No. 156-XIV of October 14, 1998 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 247), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In part (Article 31 the word "15-day" to replace 3) with the word "30-day".
2. Parts (5) and (Article 52 to state 6) in the following edition:
"(5) in case of impossibility of submission of the certificate of the insured income because documents did not remain because of natural disasters or other emergency situations, the size of pension is estimated in the procedure established by the Government.
(6) For the period till January 1, 2004 the insured income of members of diplomatic missions joins the average monthly salary added in national currency, determined in the procedure established by the Government."
