About modification and amendments in the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154-XV of March 28, 2003

For the purpose of ensuring transposition of the Directive of Council 91/533/EEC of October 14, 1991 about obligation of the employer to inform workers on the conditions applicable to the employment contract or employment relationships, published in the Official magazine of the European Communities L 288 of October 18, 1991, and Directives of Council 1999/70/EU of June 28, 1999 about the framework agreement concerning work based on terminal employment contracts concluded between European Trade Union Confederation, the Union of associations of industrialists and employers of Europe and the European center of the companies with the state participation published in the Official magazine of the European Communities L 175 of July 10, 1999

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154-XV of March 28, 2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 159-162, 648), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 34:

consider single part part (1);

add Article with part (2) the following content:

"(2) Any change or amendment of the collective employment contract is brought by the employer to the attention of employees of the company within five working days from the date of introduction by means of the public announcement placed at the public information stand in the company location (including all its branches or representations), and also, on circumstances, on its web page.".

2. Part (7) articles 38 after word "levels", to add with the words "and also changes and amendments to them".

3. State Article 48 in the following edition:
