a) include in structure of the Commission of the following persons:

               Federations in the North Caucasian Federal District

Rogozhkin N. E. - plenipotentiary of the President Russian

               Federations in Siberian Federal District;

b) exclude from structure of the Commission of Tolokonsky V. A. and Khloponina A. G.

2. Declare invalid item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 9, 2014 No. 317 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the President of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 19, the Art. 2401).

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
