1. a) include in structure of Council of the following persons:

Azarov D. I. - the chairman of Committee of the Federation Council on

             to the federal device, regional policy,

             to local self-government and cases of the North (on

             to approval)

Bilyalov E. - president of regional public organization

             "Society of the Crimean Tatars Inkishaf (under approval)

I.E. diskin - commission chairman of Public chamber Russian

              Federations on harmonization international and

              the interfaith relations (under approval);

b) exclude from structure of Council of Kirichuk S. M., Svanidze N. K. and Slyunyaev I. N.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
