About modification of the Regulations on provision by banks of Ukraine information on transactions on purchase and sale of credit resources in national currency in the interbank credit market

According to articles 56 and 57 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 47 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of increase in efficiency of the analysis and forecasting of the monetary market by operational tracking of flows of credit resources in national currency, in the interbank credit market the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides forming of their cost:

1. Bring in the Regulations on provision by banks of Ukraine information on transactions on purchase and sale of credit resources in national currency in the interbank credit market approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 21, 2004 No. 20, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 6, 2004 on No. 170/8769 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Item 6:

to add paragraph two after the words "the term for which the credits are obtained" with the words "availability and type of providing on the obtained credits", and after the words "the term for which means on transactions of repo are received" to add with the words "asset type with which operations of repo are performed";

third to add the paragraph with the words "availability and type of providing on the attracted deposits";
