Article 1

Part 2 of Article 14 to add 1) with Item of 21 following contents:

"21) the organization of providing persons sick with hemophilia, mukovistsidozy, hypophysial nanism, disease to Gosha, malignant new growths lymphoid, haematogenic and related it fabrics, multiple sclerosis, persons after organ transplantation and (or) fabrics medicines.";

2) in Article 15:

a) to exclude Item 2 of part 1 and Item 2 of part 3;

b) part 8, Item 6 parts 10, part 12 to recognize invalid;

3) in Article 44:

a) state the name in the following edition:

"Article 44. Medical care to citizens to whom the state guarantees in the form of providing with medicines and specialized products of clinical nutrition are provided";

b) add with parts 7 - 10 following contents:

"7. Providing persons sick with hemophilia, mukovistsidozy, hypophysial nanism, disease to Gosha, malignant new growths lymphoid, haematogenic and related it fabrics, multiple sclerosis, persons after organ transplantation and (or) fabrics medicines is performed according to the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation and created in the procedure established by it.
