About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

exclude Item 20;

to add subitem 22.1 of Item 22 with paragraphs the ninth or twelfth the following content:

"emergence at work in condition of alcoholic, drug or toxic intoxication, and also drinking of alcoholic drinks, the use of drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogs, toxic substances in working hours or on place of employment;

the violation of requirements for labor protection which entailed mutilation or the death of other workers;

causing in connection with execution of labor obligations to the state, legal and (or) physical persons of the property damage established by the judgment which took legal effect;

concealment by the Worker who is the head of the organization, the facts of violation by workers of labor obligations or not attraction without valid excuse perpetrators to the responsibility for such violations established by the legislation;";
