Article 1.

Trade and economic relations of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan are performed within common economic space on the basis of mutual advantage.

Article 2.

Bodies of authority and management of participants of this Agreement both in their centers, and on places accept all necessary approved economic, legal and organizational measures providing freedom of enterprise, realization, acquisitions and movements of goods, works and services, investments in the territories and between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Article 3.

In the territories of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan the single monetary unit (ruble) as means of financial calculations, currency circulation, crediting and other types of financial transactions is used.

The governments of Russia and Kazakhstan, their Central Banks provide the mode of free movement of all types of money.

Central Banks systematically inform each other on amounts of credit and monetary issue, condition of currency circulation.

Article 4.

The companies and the organizations of all forms of business registered in the territory of contracting states have the right freely with observance of the relevant legislation to create affiliated enterprises, branches, departments, representations, other separate divisions in the territory of other state.

Article 5.

The companies and the organizations of all types of property in the activities and economic activities in the territory of other of contracting states observe tax regime of the last.
