Article 1. "About auditor activities" of December 26, 2002 ZR-512-N after the words "are the documents containing trade secret" to add part 3 of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the words "also can be published only in the cases established by the law".
Article 2. To state the Item "z" of part 2 of article 18 of the Law in the following edition:
"h) perform the duties provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About anti-money laundering and terrorism financing" and other laws.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the sixtieth day following behind day of official publication.
