The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 1, 2011 No. 1420 "About approval of Rules of provision and use of the dwelling from the state housing stock or the dwelling leased by local executive body in private housing stock" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 5, the Art. 88):

in the Rules of provision and use of the dwelling from the state housing stock or the dwelling leased by local executive body in private housing stock approved by the specified resolution:

add Item 2 with the subitem 7) of the following content:

"7) departmental housing stock - the office dwellings which are on balance of public institutions, intended for provision by the government employee appointed to position according to the procedure of rotation according to the decision of the housing commission for accommodation for execution of job responsibilities without the right of further privatization.";

state Item 6-1 in the following edition:

"6-1. Dwellings from housing stock of public institutions are provided in use to the employees of this organization needing housing in this settlement, except as specified, of the these rules provided by Items 6-2 and 6-5.";

add with Item 6-5 of the following content:

"6-5. Dwellings from departmental housing stock are provided in use of the government employee needing housing in this settlement appointed to position according to the procedure of rotation for execution of job responsibilities by them.";
