Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352

1. In Regulations on features of participation of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities, the annual amount of such purchases and procedure of payments of the specified amount approved by the specified resolution:

a) in Item 7:

the paragraph one after the words "are not considered" to add with words "(except as specified, stipulated in Item 7(1) this provision)";

in the subitem "ch" of the word "within execution of the agreements signed between" to exclude;
