The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry of the Republic of Moldova which further are referred to as the Party, aiming at development of commercial and scientific and technical ties in the field of agricultural industry and processing industry, on the principles of equality and mutual advantage, noting need of creating favorable conditions for development of the market relations between the states of the Parties,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will promote establishment of commercial and scientific and technical ties between the companies, the organizations and other business entities of the states of the Parties which work in the field of agricultural industry and the industry on conversion of agricultural products at mutually advantageous basis within the competence and according to national legal systems of the states of the Parties.

Article 2

The parties will support and develop cooperation in the following directions: crop production;

livestock production;

mechanization and automation of agricultural production;

processing industry;

development of the village;

consulting services;

scientific research.

Article 3

Economic and the sci-tech cooperation between the Parties will be performed by means of:

exchange of information being of mutual interest, regulatory legal acts, standards, product samples;

implementation of joint scientific researches and their implementation;

implementations of modern technologies in crop production, livestock production and processing industry;

assistance in creation of joint businesses;

mutual exchange of information about scientific and economic actions in the field of agricultural industry and processing industry (the organization of fairs, exhibitions, seminars, conferences, symposiums and other similar actions);
