The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 31, 2011 No. 1238 "About approval of the document forms provided by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 10, 2008 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 59, the Art. 839) the following changes:

state preamble in the following edition:

"According to subitems 1) and 2) of item 4 of article 554 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 10, 2008 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: (Tax code)";

3) of Item 1 to exclude the subitem.

2. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2016 and is subject to official publication.
