About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Land code No. 828-XII of December 25, 1991 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 107, of the Art. 817), with subsequent changes to make the following changes and addition:

1. To exclude the subparagraph of the eighth Article 9.

2. State Article 71 in the following edition:

"Article 71. Change of purpose of farmlands

Change of purpose of farmlands, except for categories of lands, stipulated in Article 72 of this Code, affirms:

the order of the Government – for the farmland which is in property of the state in the presence of the conclusion of council of administrative and territorial unit of the first level in the territory of which there is parcel of land;

the decision of council of administrative and territorial unit of the first or second level and respectively the resolution of People's Assembly of Gagauzia in which property there is farmland;

the decision of council of administrative and territorial unit of the first level in the territory of which there is parcel of land which is property of physical person or legal entity based on the statement of the owner.

Change of purpose of farmlands is performed according to the procedure provided in the provision approved by the Government.".

3. Third of Article 83 to add part with the words "or the decision of council of administrative and territorial unit of the first or second level, the resolution of People's Assembly of Gagauzia in which property there is the corresponding parcel of land, according to the procedure provided in the provision approved by the Government ".
