About entering of amendments into the Land code No. 828-XII of December 25, 1991

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Land code No. 828-XII of December 25, 1991 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 107, of the Art. 817), with subsequent changes to make the following additions:

1. In Article 36:
