About recognition voided the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 4, 2010 No. 1152 "About approval of the list and Rules of use of technical means of customs control" and of April 7, 2011 No. 387 "About approval of the List of the documents necessary for decision making about provision of delay or payment by installments of payment of customs duties"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 4, 2010 No. 1152 "About approval of the list and Rules of use of technical means of customs control" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2010, No. 59, the Art. 569);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 7, 2011 No. 387 "About approval of the List of the documents necessary for decision making about provision of delay or payment by installments of payment of customs duties" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 30, the Art. 383).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
