wishing to encourage as much as possible mutual studying and understanding of spiritual achievements of the people of both countries, and also stories and tenor of life of these people by adjustment of mutual cooperation between them,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will promote cooperation and knowledge sharing, experience and achievements in the field of culture, including:

to direct cooperation between the educational organizations in the field of culture, exchange of specialists and information in this field of education;

to development of bonds between cultural institutions of both states;

to exchange of specialists in the field of culture, art, educational and lecturing work;

to cooperation between art, musical, choreographic and other organizations of education in the field of culture; between the state museums, archives and other cultural institutions which are engaged in preserving cultural heritage of two countries; promote any other forms of cultural cooperation which can be approved by the Parties or the interested organizations of the states of the Parties.

Article 2

According to the purposes of this agreement of the Party will help: to establishment of bonds between funds and associations of cultural figures and arts of the states of the Parties;

to cooperation in the field of book publishing and book trading;

to cooperation in the field of youth exchanges, including contacts between youth creative and art organizations and collectives;
