Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About local self-government" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 7, the Art. 1004) the following change:
to state Item 12 of part 6 of Article 20 in the following edition:
"12) collection of duties and insurance premiums, and also powers in the field of tax legal relationship according to the tax legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
