being convinced that the youth makes essential contribution to achievement of mutual understanding and cooperation,

being guided by desire to expand and deepen relations in the field of youth policy between both countries,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will promote in every possible way expansion and strengthening of equal cooperation in the field of youth policy on the line of government institutions, non-state organizations.

Article 2

The parties will promote effective exchange of comprehensive and full information in the field of youth policy, encouraging for this purpose distribution in the territories of official and publicistic TV and radio programs, materials of news agencies and bodies of periodicals on youth subject, systematic holding problem seminars, conferences and bilateral consultations.

Article 3

The parties will encourage youth exchanges with the purpose of acquaintance with culture, heritage, traditions, including through the organization of joint festivals, tenders, exhibitions, tours of performing collectives and soloists, carrying out days of literature and art of creative youth for participation in different seminars, tenders and other events held by one of the Parties and also the organization of the youth tourist centers.

Article 4

The parties will promote expansion of contacts between young entrepreneurs and farmers, to forming of system of exchanges on studying of work experience, holding joint seminars, creation of bilateral projects in the field of youth entrepreneurship.
