Bring in the Instruction about conditions and procedure for performing voluntary medical examination and obligatory medical examination for the purpose of establishment of availability or absence at the patient of the diseases constituting the health hazard of the population, human immunodeficiency virus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of July 24, 2012 No. 112 "About some questions of medical examination on detection of the diseases constituting health hazard of the population, human immunodeficiency virus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 28.03.2013, 8/27204), the following changes:
1.1. state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. Voluntary medical examination is carried out in the organizations of health care of all patterns of ownership having special permission (license) for implementation of medical activities, except as specified, stipulated by the legislation about licensing under which receipt of special permission (license) for implementation of medical activities is not required.
Obligatory medical examination is carried out in the state organizations of health care.";
