About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 9, 2011 No. 920 "About approval of Rules of sale of subjects to privatization"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 9, 2011 No. 920 "About approval of Rules of sale of subjects to privatization" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 51, the Art. 706) the following changes and amendments:

in Rules of sale of the subjects to privatization approved by the specified resolution:

to state subitem 15-1) of Item 1 in the following edition:

"15-1) guarantee fee - the sum of money in the amount of 15% of starting price of subject to privatization granted by the physical or non-state legal entity for participation in the biddings, but no more than the 30th 000-fold monthly settlement indicator;";

parts the first, second Item 2 to state in the following edition:

"2. The decision on privatization of object is made by authorized body on state-owned property or local executive body which in 10-day time provide entering of information on subjects to privatization (the schedule of sales) into the register.

The decision on privatization of the companies as property complexes or stocks of the organizations which are the subjects of natural monopoly or subjects of the market holding the dominating or monopoly position in the corresponding goods market owned by the state is accepted by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

in Item 8:

13) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"13) in case of availability on subject to privatization of material values of the state material reserve also the relevant central executive bodies notify within five working days after decision making on holding the specified procedures authorized body in the field of the state material reserve;";

14) to exclude the subitem;

12) of Item 12 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"12) declares the winning bidder (except for auction and commercial tender);";
