About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About compulsory insurance"

Being guided by Item 27 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie decides Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic:

Article 1

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About compulsory insurance" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2011, No. 9, Article 788; 2013, No. 7, Article 776; 2014, No. 7, Article 778, No. 12, Article 1523) to make the following changes:

1.1. Add with Articles 11.3 and 11.4 of the following content:

"11.3. Insurance intermediaries list the insurance premiums received in cash form from insurers by the types of compulsory insurance provided by the Special Section of this Law into the account of the relevant insurer by means of the payment system integrated into information system, the stipulated in Article 34-1 this Law. This payment service provider shall allow Bureau of compulsory insurance to receive electronic reports on all payments in the form established by body of insurance supervision, and to the relevant insurer - reports on the payments transferred into its account.

11.4. It is forbidden to apply any allowances or discounts (privilege) to fee on the compulsory insurance established by the law or other regulatory legal act following from the law and also to provide to insurers gifts instead of the conclusion of the insurance contract or to offer similar agreements.".

1.2. At the end of Article 34-2.0.4 to replace point with semicolon and to add with Articles 34-2.0.5 and 34-2.0.6 of the following content:

"34-2.0.5. data on availability of the employment contract at any person, full name of other party under this agreement, date of the conclusion and effective period;

34-2.0.6. the data which are required for calculation of the amount of the average monthly salary.".

1.3. Add with Article 50-3 of the following content:
