About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public procurements"

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public procurements" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 1, Article 11, No. 12, Article 706; 2005, No. 12, Article 1083; 2006, No. 12, Article 1005; 2010, No. 3, Article 173) to make the following changes:

In case of assessment and comparison of tender offers the purchasing organization applies for benefit of tender offers on local goods (works and services) meeting the quality requirements established in packet of the main conditions of the tender, the preferential amendment in the amount of 20 percent from the offered price of the similar goods exported from abroad.".

3. To exclude the words "Amount and" from Article 36.10.

4. The first offer of Article 44.2 to state in the following edition:

"In case of assessment and comparison of service offerings the purchasing organization applies for benefit of the local persons offering the services meeting the requirements established in the request for quotation of services, the preferential amendment according to article 36.10 of this Law.".
