The specific cost of purchase of electrical energy and capacity in the wholesale market at the free (non-regulated) prices is calculated for the specified buyers according to the Treaty of Accession to trade system of the wholesale market as the relation of aggregate value of electrical energy and the capacity bought in the wholesale market at the free (non-regulated) prices to the amount of electrical energy bought in the wholesale market at the free (non-regulated) prices.".
