Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of August 20, 2004 No. 117-FZ "About accumulative and mortgage system of housing providing the military personnel" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 34, Art. 3532; 2007, No. 50, Art. 6237; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; 2011, No. 27, Art. 3879; 2012, No. 26, Art. 3443; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; No. 30, Art. 4084; 2014, No. 23, Art. 2930; 2016, No. 14, Art. 1905) following changes:

1) in Article 3:

a) state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6) accumulatings for housing providing - the set of means including:

a) the accumulative fees considered on personalized accumulation accounts of participants;

b) investment incomes of the means delivered in trust management to managing companies of authorized federal body according to this Federal Law;

c) the means which arrived in authorized federal body on other bases provided by this Federal Law;";

b) state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7) personalized accumulation account of the participant - the analytics form including set of data on the considered accumulative fees of investment income of the means delivered in trust management about other receipts which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation, about transactions on use of accumulatings for housing providing, about debt of the participant of accumulative and mortgage system to authorized federal body, and also the information about the participant;";

c) in Item 8 of the word "and non-paid" to replace with the word "non-paid";

2) regarding the 2nd Article 4:

a) the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"2. Payment of the money specified in Item 3 parts of 1 this Article is made:";

b) "part 1" to add Item 2 after words with words "(taking into account part 3)";
